The mild lemongrass combined mint and ginger provide a unique sensation that makes you feel good all over! Rose hips is an excellent source of vitamin C and minerals. Coltsfoot is a common herb that known to clear the chest of mucus.*

Each bag contains:

Peppermint – improves digestion, reduces heartburn

Rosehips – Rose hips are particularly high in vitamin C content, one of therichest plant sources available.

Coltsfoot ( Tussilago farfara) – It has been used medicinally as a cough suppressant. The name “tussilago” itself means “cough suppressant.” The plant has been used historically to treat lung ailments such as asthma as well as various coughs by way of smoking.

Ginger root– provides relief for symptoms of motion sickness including sweating, vomiting, dizziness, and nausea.

Lemongrass- Lemongrass has been found to help in recovery of the common cold and flu, reducing fevers, cramps, flatulence and arthritic pain as well as aid digestion especially in children.

Stevia– For centuries, the Guaraní peoples of Paraguay, Bolivia and Brazil used stevia, which they called ka’a he’ê (“sweet herb”), as a sweetener in yerba mate and medicinal teas for treating heartburn and other ailments.
